Tim Carter graduated from Chelsea College of Art & Design in 1992, where he specialised in architectural glass & stained glass.
He has been based in Leicestershire for the last 15 years and has continued to work with glass and other materials such as stainless steel, other non-ferrous metals, acrylic and slate.
Tim designs, manufactures, restores and installs traditional & contemporary stained glass and leaded-light windows, for a variety of domestic and commercial situations.
He also produces a range of decorative & functional glass wall-pieces, mirrors, lighting, sculptures and water features for the home, garden or as gifts.
His customers include Rockingham Castle – where he restores leaded-light and metal casement windows and Rolls-Royce (Aerospace) PLC – where he has designed & manufactured a variety of presentation awards for their UK and international projects.
He has worked on numerous other commissions throughout Rutland, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
